Most of my clients close within 30 to 60 days. It depends on the home, the market, and how ready you are. I’m here to guide you through it — clearly, calmly, and without pressure.
Yes — getting pre-approved helps you understand your budget and shows sellers you’re serious. It makes the buying process smoother and gives you a clear edge in competitive markets.
Spring and early summer tend to bring more buyers, but the “best time” depends on your goals, your property, and your market. I can help you time it right for maximum value.
Typically, sellers pay the agent commission — often around 5%–6% of the sale price. Buyers usually don’t pay out of pocket. I’ll help you review any agreements so there are no surprises.
