Spring and early summer tend to bring more buyers, but the “best time” depends on your goals, your property, and your market. I can help you time it right for maximum value.
Typically, sellers pay the agent commission — often around 5%–6% of the sale price. Buyers usually don’t pay out of pocket. I’ll help you review any agreements so there are no surprises.
